Fortunately, the branches break her fall, and she finds herself landing on the forest floor alive, but not uninjured. She's rather scratched up and has some bad bruises, but she thinks she'll be fine after some rest. She practically drags herself to a place sheltered by bushes from the sun and hopefully any dangerous predators, and goes to sleep. She feels much better when she wakes up, but she instantly misses Zenobia and her chewing shoe. She sniffs the air, and doesn't understand why the smells aren't as strong as usual. They are, however, much stranger than usual, and Cordana can tell this will be an interesting place to explore. To her left is a crystalline pool filled with water that is actually blue, not clear. To her right is a long stretch of trees with an interesting, spicy smell wafting from them. And far ahead of her, she can see a mountain range in the distance. She decides to go...
