In Which Cordana Makes Some Friends

Cordana decides to go bathe herself in that oddly-coloured but very pretty pool. She pads over to it, and when she reaches its edge and peers downward, she realizes that it is much, much deeper than it first appeared. But, she is quite confident in her swimming abilities, and she is just preparing to dive in when a female face suddenly appears in the pool before her. The woman places her hands on the bank and raises herself up to sit upon it. Her hair is long enough to completely cover her nakedness, coloured by blue and green streaks, and partly tied back with water-dwelling plants. Her face is enchantingly beautiful, even for a dog to look at, and Cordana finds that she can't tear her eyes away from the woman's blue gaze. The nymph regards the dog incredulously for a moment, and then calls down, "Girls! Come see what just wandered across our pool!" Three other women, all of equal beauty and with very long blue and green hair, rise up from the depths and seat themselves on the bank. Cordana stares around at them, fascinated. They regard her as well, and then start excitedly discussing amongst themselves, but the dog is not listening, nor would she understand anyway. One of the nymphs dives down and comes back up holding a chunk of what appears to be seaweed. She places it in front of Cordana and watches expectantly.
