The Public Baths Of Ancient Raum

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 9807

The door wasn't really a door at all, just a portal designed to look like it.

We've been tricked said a voice none, not even the speaker could recognize.

How?

The dragon's magic is all over this place. His magic has fooled. Us. Grabbed. Us. Thrown. Us. Through. Space. And Time.

They were by a body of water. It was manmade, with marble and stone steps leading down into a sparkling hundred yard wide pool. There wide wooden doors on the left side of the far wall. The right and left walls were painted with decorative and highly bilogically impossible scenes of naked men and women cavorting in the woods.

Behind them the wall was gone, replaced by three wide support columns. They looked out into a grand city. To the north was a colliseium, larger then any they had ever seen. More buildings, built in the style of this area, streched out in every direction.

Below them was more decorative finery, statues and columns and ledges, stories above the street below. People passed and shouted and sold. It was apparently Market Day.

"I recognize this." said Fred. "It is Raum. A far off land of wonders and finery where the rich are rich, the poor are slaves and the warriors fight for the entertainment of the masses. This is all ruled by corrupt men called 'Seneturs'. Where we are now is where the Seneturs practice hygeine. I guess old crazy Secebus was right."

"I do not want corrupt rulers to see me like this." said Exotica. "Espically with...that on the walls. Lets get out of here."

  1. They go through the doors.
  2. The doors creak! They climb down the stauary.
  3. The naked figures on the wall come to life and attack!
  4. A secret door opens and another Fred runs through!
  5. The colisieum explodes.
