Death or Mundingu

A shaking Bob emerged from the bushes. "Hi." he said weakly.

"Bob!" Astra said. "Where are Fred and Alexis?"

"The natives took them." Bob explained. "They were yelling one word - Mundingu! Mundingu! It was terrifying. I know it's a pity, but we had best give them up for dead. Following after those savages would be suicide."

"Shut your mouth!" Astra commanded, brandishing her stick menacingly. "I'm not about to leave my companions to the whims of a savage island race!"

"But Astra, it's madness!" Bob pleaded, following after her as she strode away. "They have blowdarts, and there's dozens of them!"

"Then you stay here, cowardly Bob."

"Astraa..." he whined nasally and kept following after her.

After some time of following the natives' tracks, they arrived at their village. Watching through some thickets, they saw...

1. Fred and Alexis tied to poles as the Chief offered Fred a choice - death or Mundingu!
2. Fred and Alexis, enjoying ethnic food as the natives entertained them with song and dance.
3. a deserted village.
