Bob smiled as he took in the scene. "Looks like nobody's home," he said,
then promptly went back to ogling Astra. Those digestive juices really
made her skin glisten in a remarkable way. Astra, who wasn't usually as keen on pilfering as Bob was, couldn't help but grin herself. "Looks like nobody's gonna stop us from robbing these plant-worshiping barbarians," she added smugly. Bob nodded approvingly. "That's the spirit, Astra!"And so they proceeded toward the deserted village, which consisted of a bunch of crude wooden huts surrounding an earthen mound. Not a single soul stirred in the entire place. Not even a mouse. "Now Bob, I don't want you to get the wrong impression of me," Astra explained as they prepared to enter the first hut they came to. "I'm not a petty criminal, like you. The only reason I'm doing this is because these heathens have obviously declared war on us. Anything goes. We're in dire need of supplies, not to mention pants.""Let's not mention pants then," the thug offered hopefully. "Or shirts, even. Let's not mention clothing altogether, in fact. We wouldn't want to risk heat stroke on this torrid desert isle, now would we?" That comment earned Bob a healthy shiner on his left eye. He dropped the subject.Well, soon enough the two had ransacked most of the larger dwellings. Astra had garbed herself in some ceremonial armor she found near the earthen mound and had also found a well made spear and some food supplies, while Bob just busied himself loading sacks of gold and treasure, neglecting any kind of clothing or perishables. After that was all said and done they decided to leave the village before anyone returned. Now where the hell where Fred and Alexis?"Where the hell are Fred and Alexis?" Astra agreed. Bob arched an eyebrow. "Were you talking to me?"Astra shook her head. "I was agreeing with narrator." "Oh. Well I say screw Fred and Alexis."Astra shrugged. "You say alot of things I ignore." And with that, she struck off further into the jungle. Bob quickly followed suit, dragging his loot with him.
