A creepy village
The Never Ending Quest - Episode 3387

A village to the north had accepted Lord Fred and Astra and given them
free room and board and food. Lord Fred was easily identifiable as a hero of the kingdom due to many scrolls that had told of his heroic tales. The town doctor, a small, wiry man named Drumble, pronounced that all Fred needed was rest. Fred's rest was broken in the middle of the night. He sat up in a grey, four-poster bed and brought his sword out. (It had been resting on a nearby chair. The sound came again. Shattering glass. Then a scream of terror Dressed in nothing less then the medevial equivalent of boxers, Fred ran out of the room and towards the sound. He ended up in the inn's front lobby. It was fifty feet wide and sloped upwards towards the entrance. The front desk, to the right of the doors, was broken in two. Seats that had lined the walls were torn and overturned. Red carpet was stained deeper with blood. The hallway that led to the kitchen was decorated with shattered glass. And at the doors was a shocking scene.
