Astra ducked under the water, pushed upwards and screamed as she broke the surface. The apes hooted in fear and ran back into the jungle.
The two of them broke into gales of laughter.

Later, the two, now dry and with Astra armed with a thick, smoothed branch, ascended the think stairway back to the walkways.

  1. The apes attacked!
  2. The two reached the top and discovered the jungle canopy was vanishing! Entire trees were fading out of exsistence.
