Fred and Alicia pull themselves onto Siloon beach. Inwardly, Fred was smiling. A beautiful companion, a heroic quest, this is the stuff legends were made of. Then he heard the creak of bowstrings. He looked around frantically. About ten men in the darkened building ahead. The place reeked of beer. A bar. Or something "Aha!" a voice whispered. "I knew my idiot son could be counted on for something." Fred's ears cocked. Some braggart boasting to a friend, obviously meant for none but nearby listeners to hear. "I'm suprised he didn't scare them off with his damn fool caturwaling. Now aim for the feet. The hide's too valuble."
