Ragan But her actual name is "ragan".... "Oh shit," I whisper, recognizing the feel of this non-place, Game 3! Of all the places (or non-places) I did NOT ever want to be again! Barely got out of this place last time when that one Scott (with Author powers) dragged me in and I got changed into an exact duplicate of Melissa ..... And to be honest, meeting the "real" Author ragan from Game 3 wasn't something I wanted to happen, either! It's just so.... I mean, I don't want to BE here! Well, at least she looks like she is happy to meet me. "Ah, so this is one of the few lucky human versions of me who happened to survive Author Scott's wrath while he was after me," Author ragan smiles. "Just wanted to at least congrat...." And that's about when things go straight to hell. See, from what I gather later as Chiana (the only one who is allowed to remain conscious by the remaining Author) explains it that some kind of stupid trial was going on (re: 5983) and she got summoned to be a witness. The exact details beyond what I just said Chiana didn't get told by Crossroad's Man, so to whether the trail was really stupid or not I can't say. Myself, I believe that C.M.'s assessment of the trial had more to do with hurt pride and ego than anything. ..... Author's (real ones from Game 3 and Addventure) have something like godlike (as if there was such a thing, I'm an atheist that's just showing my religious beliefs, reader) powers and it stands to reason that such powers and abilities guarantees a humongous ego! He (and I'll bet ragan) are rather pissed at this interruption. Well, maybe C.M. at least.... As for that business about C.M. "resetting" story threads, Chiana tells me that it's not as bad as it sounds! Sometimes Game 3 non-reality touches "real" realities. It's mostly stuff I'm a big fan of (sci-fi and fantasy realms), and only small parts (usually). In this case it happened to be this particular Enterprise, which had already gotten caught up in this Centaur Flu nonsense even before Belinda and Hannah showed (as well as some kind of fun with a Fred who'd been changed into a pregnant Uhura....uh....whatever). Well, it appears that in the middle of it all that Oracle or whatever had plopped down two carriers of the Centaur Flu. . . . not the sickness back on in the Centauri system (hah, cute) that was devasting the population there. At least, not that sickness in it's present form. The Centauri flu was now, according to C.M., changing into it's final form: the Centaur flu! So, the survivors of the deadly phase of that plague now were changing into centaurs. So, after something like two weeks of isolation that was already in place by Star Fleet, those new centaurs will stabilize and the flu will vanish into thin air, a mystery never to be solved. With this storythread reset, those who'd not been infected by the Centaur Flu brought here by the two girls are back where they'd been, before Uhura getting pregnant. The native Uhura, I mean. Not the Fred turned into a duplicate Uhura (who's now a female centaur). Uh, she's back on Earth, confused as to just how she arrived there since she'd just been on the Enterprise. So are her parents! She's back there now, in her parent's house.... Wonder how that happened.... Apparently, somehow, C.M. snatched the native Uhura out of storage or wherever the Oracle had stashed her during this mess..... Uh, as for the centaurs on the Enterprise, C.M. plunked them down on the Centauri planet for safekeeping. As what they're going to do with their lives, now that they've changed, is an open question that they'll have to work out! C.M. didn't change them back into their original forms (has something to do with a promise to another Author named Horsemaker). Okay.... Don't know what the Enterprise will do about that ship who'd boarded her. She was still out there, but that was not our problem but theirs. The interface between Reality/non-Reality has gone elsewhere. We're now on another starship in another reality! A reality that happens to be one that ragan had gotten C.M. interested in! But I do NOT remember ever seeing this particular episode from Farscape as we look out from this pod that Chiana is piloting! Oh, the Leviathan with the Control Collar looks....creepily familiar (and god I don't want to go in there if it's from where I think it came from). The other one looks familiar as well. Both of them just popped out of two separate wormholes just seconds after we showed up here! The Detector Wand seems to say that our last Key Components are one the Leviathan (one each). .... "The room's going roundy roundy!" Belinda whispers in a little girl voice, still really out of it from having gotten her head bounced on the bulkhead from the turbulence waves given off from two wormholes opening and closing in concert! Hannah Fredrics is still unconscious, so she doesn't add anything to the concussed necromancer girl. "They're both in a bad way," the male elf sighs, closing his tricorder....
Meanwhile, inside one Leviathan which wears a Collar, a very confused blue skinned being is waking up to....
Screaming!
