A breath of fresh air does a man good

The Black Void - Episode 833

Bob plonked down on a log for a breather. Man, was he in bad shape! This was the most exercise he'd had in months. Running after the bus in the morning was nothing to this. He had never been sure what someone meant when they told him something was as easy as a stroll in the forest, and after this he was totally bewildered.
Speaking of bewilderment, where was he exactly, and how on Earth - or off it - had he got there? His first thought had been that he must have received a shock from the CPU he hit that was strong enough to knock him out, and that he had been hallucinating since then, but this all felt so real...
A thought popped into his tired head. The Black Void. It had been the title of a storytelling site he had discovered on he web during lunch hour one day. But surely that was just fiction and nothing to do with his level of reality?

Bob the teenage computer programmer, slowly turning into Bob the adventurer, sat pondering his strange fate until...
