Apparently Madam Scarlet's is famous enough that everyone has heard of it, even out here "in the sticks". Seeing all eyes on me, I decide that it would be best to reply equally loudly. I suppose that it's inevitable that most of the patrons should want to engage me in conversation about my time in the brothel. I politely refuse to tell them anything, as well as turning down the drinks that many of them offer to buy me.
