Cat out of the Bag

Approaching them was a figure that was unmistakeably Cat from Red Dwarf. "Do you think he knows anything about where the Doctor is?" asked Stacy.

"Let's ask," said the Master.

The red-haired Betty approached the figure who appeared to be Cat.

"Hey, baby," said Cat. "What's a nice girl like you doing in a white void like this?"

"My name's Betty," said Betty. "I'm looking for my friends. Have you seen a gorgeous red-haired woman who looks a bit like me and an old man who dresses like a Victorian dandy?"

"Haven't seen any gorgeous redheads here, other than you. I have no idea where the people I travel with-- maybe "friends" isn't the right word--are, either. The last thing I remember is my ship being flown into a red swirly thing, and I was in this psychedelic white void."

"I don't think he's a fictional character," said the other Betty. "I think he's lost here too."

"Can we trust him?" asked Stacy.

"Probably better than we can trust the Master," answered the redhead Betty.

"I heard that," said the Master.

"We'll help you find your friends," said Betty the redhead.
