Coming apart at the seams...

Now, what about their watchers at the Gate of Time?

Well, some out there might be already familiar with them. Some might have even guessed just why the two women are watching Rei’s actions through the Gate of Time. For those who haven’t this is for you.

The Victorian seeming woman is not actually a human woman. Rather, she used to be one but got transformed into a female Oriental dragon. Wife and mate of the male Oriental (former Victorian man) named Alan Quatermain, Mina Murray Quatermain (of which you can easily look UP at www. Geocities.com/ rule179). Yes, Rei and her sisters were adopted by Mina and Alan. Alas, Alan could not break away from the task he’d been assigned on this particular Quest but Mina was able to come and handle this part of the Quest. But not before garnering a favor from the key staff bearing woman who calls herself Setsuna: catch up on the goings ons of their long lost daughters!

Such a ability usually is not employed by Setsuna, but she finds that she NOW can easily do such task: one of MANY new “super powers” she’s garnered with the “Incident” that has befallen her. Before that trap that sprung upon her one could call her Setsuna Meioh or Sailor Pluto (http:// en.wiki pedia. org/wik i/Sailor _Pluto). Now? Due to that trap where she’d been dragged down, mind body and soul into a pool of what can only be called chaos . . .she’s something more, having somehow managed to win free of it.

She opts right now to answer to the name “Setsuna”, even IF it’s not exactly proper. Right now she has so much to still sort out up in her head that whatever makes day to day easier is a *good* thing. While getting dragged “under” she’d caught glimpses of these Champions’ as her “Time” powers went . . .berserk. What little she remembered DID MAKE a real impression upon her if only for how different they were from the run of the mill back where she called home, even before the fall of the Moon Kingdom!

And even in her panicked state (she couldn’t FIGHT this liquid that was pulling her in and smothering her), she realized that the threads of Fate would soon have her meet them again!

While drowning in the chaos, she screamed as she felt her very essence getting shredded and dispersed into different, parallel time streams. In each, that portion of her essence combined with the Fate strings of those other Sailor Senshi and . . .she found herself stepping into the shoes and lives again and again of the other Sailor Scouts.

Oh, a little bit of the old was there as she lived her new life. Through some quirk of fate she even looked as she had before with her red eyes and green hair. Bit of her old personality showed, but truth be told she was more of the new than the old while she lived those other lives. Or at least at first, anyway. As time went on her personality shifted more and more back to the original. Not quickly, mind you. Not enough to alarm her friends and family. Nope. Just enough to eventually be almost like her old self when “IT” happened: re-integration!

She was Setsuna Mizuno, aka Sailor Mercury...

She was Setsuna Aino, aka Sailor Venus...

She was Sestuna Hino , aka Sailor Mars...

Kino (Sailor Jupiter),Tomoe (Sailor Saturn), Kaioh (Sailor Neptune), and Tenoh (Sailor Uranus).

All first named Setsuna . All pretty much as she remembered them from her original time stream she found herself cast as . . .except for some odd reason (maybe perhaps to do with the one last Sailor Scout she’d find herself playing near the end) the last two on that list were cousins.

Not lovers as she knew “her” Sailor Neptune and Uranus to be.

The last Sailor Scout? Sailor Moon? Yes, she became her as well.

HowEVER, while she became Sailor Moon she wasn’t Tsukino the reincarnated princess of the Moon Kingdom.

1. No, in this particular time stream where the Champions would meet here she was Sailor Moon, yes. But the Sailor Moon of the time and place where the Moon Kingdom (and the original Queen Serenity) was a going concern...
