Stacy sighed. Well, she'd have to go, of course. There was no way she was willing to give up now. And if the note were actually from Zimmermann... Well, she could just pretend she'd popped into the canteen for a snack, right? Lacking anything more constructive to do, she spent the next hour looking through her equations again, then made her way to the canteen.

  1. Wu was there. Alone, thank goodness.
  2. Zimmermann was there, alone and apparently waiting for her.
  3. Wu was there... but so were a whole bunch of other people. Apparently the whole building had decided it was snack time!
  4. Wu was there... but so was Zimmermann.
  5. The canteen was deserted.
