More Frustration for Stacy

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 8206

Damn! She hadn't realised so many people worked here. There must have been fifteen or twenty, in two large groups. She wondered which of these people were scientists, which (if any) were security guards and which were support staff.

She decided it would not be safe to sit at the same table as Wu in front of all these people, so she got herself a meal and sat at a table by herself, hoping that the room would soon clear. After all, she had had it almost to herself yesterday evening, at about this time of day.

After five minutes or so, one of the large groups left. Besides herself and Wu, there were only nine people left now. Eventually:

  1. The other large group left, and Wu and Stacy were left alone (apart from the man behind the counter).
  2. Stacy decided she would have to risk joining Wu. After all, why shouldn't colleagues sit together? They would just have to keep their voices down.
  3. Hooker came in.
  4. Zimmermann came in.
