Stacy sighed. There seemed to be do use denying it, so she said "Yes, all right, you've figured it out correctly. I have lost my memory, and I'm trying to find out as much as I can about what went wrong so I can -- hopefully -- fix it. I'm glad you know where the other two subjects are. I really should talk to them... or to their doctors." After all, she would need to warn them about the potential blindness, even though both her and Debbie's eyes were fine so far. She continued, "And I very much need to track down my own records of the experiment. I don't suppose you'd have any helpful ideas in that regard?"

  1. "Well, I know where your lab is, here in New York. I'd imagine your records would be there."
  2. "Hang on, let me get my notes. I've got a lot of information here that didn't make it into the article."
  3. "I might be able to help you, if you're willing to help me."
  4. "Hold on, where did you say you were? I'll be on the next plane! This is a story too good to miss!"
