Little time had passed before another man dressed in the same manner
entered the window onto the desk. Fred, who was positioned in front of the
desk, swung downwards.
*CRACK* The man in black rolled out of the way, off of the desk, letting his foot touch the ground before his body did. Before his upper body was even up, he removed a round object that looked like a stone, except with three white lines circling it.Fred stepped back, deciding it was a grenade. Instead, the man smashed the object at the fire place. A great burst of wind exploded outward from where the object was smashed. The fire disappeared instantly. Everything went black for Fred. He couldn't make out a single object or texture. There wasn't even a moon tonight to aid him.Fred felt fear sweep through him. His opponent had likely been out in the darkness for hours. His eyes were adjusted to the dark.
