The Never Ending Quest - Episode 78381

Carey looked at the skulls. He turned pale. "You know, Mr. Josh..." he said in his dark, mysterious, Swedish accent. "You -did- win free medical care from me for a year. No payment was needed. Where did you get these skulls?"
Josh looks in several directions. "My reality is impressive!" he cries and runs away.

  1. He explodes ten steps out. The story follows Carey.
  2. He vanishes into the fields of corn and whey surrounding the village. Carey calls the policemen.
  3. He vanishes into the industrial district (three warehouses, a silversmith; Josh's and a mail sorting machine). Carey, a tax cheat, does not call the police.
  4. Carey explodes.
  5. Josh explains, in grisly detail, where he got each skull.
  6. D'uh, the world has been tormented by zombies for centuries! Skulls litter the wildnerness!
