Spilling it All to Susan

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 7521

Stacy found herself pouring out the whole story: coming to on the subway with her memories gone, the doughnut shop, how the picture of the VLA had triggered her memories, reading through Susan's notebook... It felt good to pour the whole story out at last. Susan listened intently, not interrupting until Stacy had finished telling the whole thing, right up to her trip to see Susan in the hospital. Finally, she said:

  1. "Wait! Stacy, I think you've just given me the clue I've been looking for!"
  2. "Wait a minute... That doesn't square with my findings in the rats at all!"
  3. "Oh, poor Stacy. Don't worry. As soon as I get out of here, we can start looking for a cure."
  4. "Oh, God, Stacy, I'm so sorry. It sounds like you've reached the point by which the condition is irreversible."
