The Never Ending Quest - Episode 7236

The man looked up as she approached. "Do you mind if I sit here?" Stacy asked. "Be my guest," he said. "I'm new here, and I was wondering whether you could tell me anything about this operation?" she said. "Yes, I know you're new, Dr Jones. I'm Robert Zimmermann, head of security." Oops! Stacy realised that she could hardly have made a more unfortunate choice of someone to try to pump for information. She attempted to cover up her gaffe with a joke: "So you decided it was time to get out of the music business, then?" He looked at her blankly, and she had to explain that "Robert Zimmermann" was the real name of Bob Dylan. "Oh," was all he said, and she had the feeling that he now had her marked down as a bit of an idiot as well as a potential troublemaker.

He went on:

  1. "Actually, I CAN tell you something about our operation. After all, you won't be going anywhere until we close it down."
  2. "If you'll excuse me, I'm due somewhere else. The head of your project will tell you all you need to know tomorrow morning."
