Zimmermann bustled out of the room. Stacy sat back down with a sigh and rested her head on her arms. Well, she'd certainly gotten off to a great start here, hadn't she? Then again, she reflected, why should she be upset if the head of security disliked her? What did she expect? These people had kinapped her, implanted some sort of chip in her, were apparently going to force her to work for them. So, they disliked her? Well, good! She disliked them! And, Stacy resolved, she was not going to take this lying down!

  1. Stacy began working on a plan of escape.
  2. Stacy decided to bide her time, however, and gather as much information as possible before making a move.
  3. Stacy suddenly had an idea as to how she might possibly get a message out.
