Guardian of Heaven

"Wait an Archer? But you said this was to be unarmed combat."

"It is, the Archer has been stripped of his vestments and forced to fight with only his fists," the announcer said. At this point Astra realized the voice was echoing strangely close to a certain part of the metal wall. She rapped it with her fist and it echoed again dully. "Hey.. what are you doing, stop that!" the voice yelled as Astra body slammed the wall smashing a large hole in it. She grabbed the nerdy-looking announcer's face and slammed it into the edge of the hole a few times until redness flowed out of his mouth and nose. Then she carefully pulled on the hole until the cheap metal bent, and climbed through it into the next room.

Astra beheld a vast room of towering white marble arches over swimming pools and waterways. Frogs and rabbits scampered in the garden as large, elegantly plumed singing birds trilled in the branches of the trees.

There was a blonde, naked woman in one of the pools. She had large green eyes and rose from the pool menacingly as Astra approached. "An intruder! You shall not despoil our perfect world, Gaia. Prepare to die!"

The woman came at Astra in a whirlwind of flying fists and feet with Astra hard pressed to retreat and block each attack which nonetheless bruised her wrists. Finally she caught the blonde woman by the ankle and jumped forward to wrap her thighs around her head and piledrive her into the gleaming marble. The woman got up groaning as Astra rolled away into a defensive crouch.

1. Press her advantage with a sweep kick and uppercut followed by a body slam.
2. Demand a halt to the fighting.
3. Try to convince the woman that she is being brain controlled.
4. Look for a weapon.
5. Run away.
