They get out of the house safely. However, what happens AFTER that is not at all what they had thought would happen. Nor had it been originally the intentions of the female dragon to do this. Curiousity got the best of her, you see. The giantesses, while up enough on things to have figured out some of the pitfalls of magic, had navigated the magical tricks and traps through more of intelligent guesswork than anything else. In other words, they do not know exactly how they suddenly end up in the female dragon's cavern (if they really are there). There's an air of unreality to this place. Like it's illusion. In another day and age one may compare this to perhaps the magical version of "teleconferencing", perhaps? OR maybe it's real. Maybe the female giants (and company) actually DID get teleported here (and are a bit disoriented by it). Right now, whatever the case they'd not take more than three steps out the door of the mage's dwelling and are here, wherever "here" is. Whatever has been done here, has been done. Simple enough, eh? Anyway, they're here so let's get down to it, shall we? Gilda shook her head, sending her long brown hair (the only way in which she differed from her twin, whose hair was red) flying trying to clear it. Hilda isn't too clear headed herself and did the same thing. Twins, you know sometimes have the habit of doing things in synche. That amuses the curious dragon for some reason... Barnabas and Braveheart, meanwhile, are doing their best in keeping their last meals down . . . .looking a bit queasy. Before the dragoness can say or do anything to at least complete this business "transaction" and then perhaps get down to seeing what she can see (in whatever manner she feels like, verbal or otherwise) about the female giants. Before Barnabas can be returned to normal (or transformed fully), another has to make her presence known. Belinda, has been allowed by the somewhat vindictive dragoness to awaken. She cannot move more than her head but is treated to the sight of the scene before her. Something told her that this did not bode well for her, but sinking feelings aside are themselves dropped and ignored when she remembers . . . what had happened! "Where are my children and husband?!" she screams at the dark scaled dragoness' back, only to shudder slightly as . . . the female dragon turns . . . and smiles at her in a most cruel fashion. She does not seem to fear the giantesses in her midst, much less a gryphon and a human man somewhat on his way to a goatman. The first two because perhaps they're too disoriented to be able to harm her. Perhaps because this may be something of an illusion? The others? A bit out of their league the female dragon is, I fear! The giantesses, however, do manage to glance around the dragon and see that somebody belonged to the voice, but cannot see too well (dragon being a better door than window, you know). Moving slightly (unsteadily) to one side (as fate would have it), the red haired giantess manages to see Belinda, and Belinda her...
