Fortunately it was quite easy to murder Josh as he had a weak spine,
metaphorically and literally and tended to have epileptic fits at the
first sign of danger. Often it simply took the mere suggestion of violence
for Josh to quite dramatically die on the spot. Of course, as implied, Josh kept returning from dying. Fortunately for Astra, he improved in his filthiness, through the only way he knew how; because a hot babe wanted him to. But what about Lots42?
