  1. Fred does so.
  2. Fred calls the woman several names for being rude and stomps off.
  3. "No, I'm just joking. How ya' doing, Fred." Fred remembers Astra, much younger, from several dozen diplomatic visits...they became de-facto friends...the only kids around.
  4. Fred turns around seventeen times, vomits and falls into a passing Ice Cream store. It rolls on.
