The Skull and Crossbones ship swiftly captures Andrea's vessel and boards
it. Andrea lays out three strongmen with a broken-off table-leg but she is
stunned with a punch and tied up.

Fortunately this was a spy-ship for a country friendly with Andrea's homeland.

Andrea becomes a slave. She is only saved from worse horrors because the male pirates are so diseased their junk is near-useless.

These pirates are the infamous Black Knights. So called because they hurt neither women nor children (but men...they slaughter them like cattle).

The ship is crewed by strange-beings from another realm (with ships) who thought the skull and crossbones are a sign of friendliness.

The pirates are evil, horrible bastards but they sell Andrea into slavery before anything bad happens to her. Her captors are horrible, but treat their slaves decently.

The pirates are horrible but THEY are boarded and killed by vigilantes. Andrea works with this second ship out of a lack of options; she makes six female friends.

On the pirate's poop deck, Andrea escapes again. She knocks five pirates overboard, is hit AGAIN and when she wakes up ten hours later, aching, the pirate ship is abandoned.

The crew of Andrea's ship returns in a blinding flash. The pirates are defeated, but many of Andrea's shipmates are badly hurt.

Same as above, but no good-guy casualties.
