The next agonising pain to strike Exotica was in her mouth. When it
subsided after a minute or so, and she took her hands away from the
affected area, Fred saw that her two front upper incisors had grown to
about three times their previous size, as well as angling slightly
outwards so that when she closed her mouth they were outside her lower lip
rather than inside her mouth (where there wouldn't have been room for
them).
"I told you that the wortht wath yet to come," she said, finding that her enlarged teeth gave her a speech impediment.
