Crowning

The heavy doors swung inward to reveal the lavishly decorated throne room. Knights and nobles all were standing at attention, facing Rogell, who was kneeling before the aging bishop, Tamblin.

"I hearby crown you Rogell, Duke of Mollgon, Ki... " the old man stopped mid sentence, as Cecilia entered the room. The crowed turned to face her, and gasps of shock and surprise reverberated through the room.

"I, Cecilia Exultaine, am the rightful heir of King Emery!" Cecilia cried. Rogell rose, dumbfounded.

" This is impossible! You died five years ago! I am next in line!"

"You tried to have me killed, but you failed! I've now returned to take what rightfully belongs to me, dear cousin. You thought you could just be rid of me. However, this kind old wizard has helped me to regain my true identity."

Rogell looked over at Belboz, who was smirking from underneath his dark hood. "YOU! You decieved me, necromancer! We had a deal! You'll pay for betraying me!" He lunged towards Belboz, drawing his sword, but was stopped by a group of knights and nobles who emerged from the crowd.

"Duke Rogell, you are hereby stripped of your title and lands, and banished from the kingdom of Camelyn forever!" Bishop Tamblin roared. Several knights grabbed Rogell and proceeded to "escort" him out of the castle, all the while with him raving and screaming like a lunatic about the wizard.

Tamblin came down from the dias and embraced Cecilia. "It has been too long, dearest princess. I feared we might have to turn the kingdom over to that warmongerering Duke Rogell. Now, attention everyone! Our beloved Princess Cecilia has returned! Prepare for the crowning of a new Queen!"

Cecelia knelt and the ceremony proceeded. At the end, Tamblin placed the golden crown upon her head, the same that her father and generations of others had worn.

"Now rise, Cecilia, Queen of Camelyn!" Cecilia rose and faced the assembled crowd. All knelt before her, even Belboz, and announced in one voice "LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!"

After the ceremony, Belboz approched her. "Now, your majesty, you have done a great thing and saved your kingdom." He moved closer and whispered in her ear. "Now, you must complete our bargain." The Bishop looked on nervously.

1. Cecilia follows though on her promise and marries Belboz
2. Cecilia refuses and Belboz casts a spell, transforming her back into Fred
