The Southern Caves Explode

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 52153

Fred, Astra and Velus stared in disbelief as the Southern Caves exploded, sending forth catastrophic fragments of mountain, some big as castles. When the dust settled, our heroes stood in a lunar landscape of blasted wasteland and huge chunks of rock sprouting everywhere.

"Oh." Astra said. "I can't believe none of the rocks hit us."

"Chalk it up to dumb luck?" Fred shrugged.

A human dropped out of the sky. He was dressed like a flamboyant dandy in a red bodysuit. With his back turned to them he fiddled with a strange mechanical device in his hands. "No..." he muttered. "Dammit, this is the wrong setting! At this rate, I'll never have my own Universe... Daddy, this is unfair!"

  1. Cough just loudly enough for the man to hear.
  2. Stand still and observe his actions.
  3. Sneak up behind him and brain him with a rock.
