With Josh's cosmic PJs, thought equals action. Far across the universe, in
a galaxy so far away it's light won't even reach us for another billion
years, Superman dies. (There are no multiple universes, just lots of Milky
Ways scattered throughout the ether). Superman's skull explodes at light speed deep in the Watchtower. The Atom, sitting nearby, is bisected by an occular ridge. The very tip top of Clark's bone matter slices off Steel's hand at the wrist. Oddly enough, the following weeks do not conclude with a bionic hand. A couple more bone fragments smash through Lex Luthor, who had snuck onboard via an old transporter-over-ride program he had deposited during the League Of Supervillian bit a few months back. Lex lives long enough to wonder just why most of his body had turned into a fine red mist. More skull fragments kill, in order, Batman, Flash, Lois Lane, Azteka, Black Canary, the fifth Crimson Fox and some crazy loon named Dan Fogelbert nobody ever heard of. A few more pieces simply injure Sue Dibny, Robin, Nightwing and that idiot Major Disaster, who nobody ever liked.
