The Trip to the Abandoned Mall

Lord Fred saw many lands on his trip to the abandoned mall. Early in the trip he saw several places that he had visited himself once. Further on he saw lands that he had only read about. As the trip continued Fred saw things that he hadn't even read about and only assumed must exist. Then Lord Fred ran into things he hadn't even imagined...

Lord Fred had several opportunities to perform his "knightly" good deeds. At one point he rescued a small animal -- of a type he had never seen -- from a tree, much to the delight of a young girl. He also managed to help a farmer defend his farm from a vicious pack of flying animals, wolves perhaps? His actions earned the respect and admiration of many of the people that he met. With their help, Lord Fred finally managed to reach the Silver Arch.

The Lava Man had described it as a "gateway" leading from this world to many others. The Lava Man gave Lord Fred a talisman that would bring him to the world where the dragon was. Lord Fred fingered the ring while he looked at the ominous Silver Arch. The Lava Man couldn't clearly describe what Lord Fred might see when he crossed into the Silver Arch, but he did promise it would be like nothing he had ever seen. This panicked Lord Fred, since all of his training could do nothing against something he had never seen.

Lord Fred reminded himself of his quest. The Silver Arch was the path to the dragon. He steadied his mind and steped forward into the Silver Arch. Just as the Lava Man predicted, a torrent of images and sounds flooded Lord Fred's senses. Lord Fred did exactly as he was told and followed the slight tug of the ring as it pulled him towards his goal. Within moments, the torrent was over.

Lord Fred found himself standing outside of what he assumed was what he was looking for. A giant sign read, The Mall of America. While the Lava Man had been completely correct about everything else, he was dead wrong on this. The mall was not abandoned, but was instead teaming with people!

Lord Fred was undeterred. His quest had brought him here, and he couldn't stop now. He pushed on into the mall. Once inside, Lord Fred eventually made his way to...

1. A video game arcade.
2. A weapon store.
3. A book store.
4. The Basement.
