It Came From Dimension X

"A Golem!" Eritrea gasped, moving to protect the defenseless Fred. "Fred, be careful!"

"Nonsense." said the mechanical man. He was constructed of glistening gray metal with intricate wiring and pipes emitting steam. His eyes were big and glowed red, and he had two big buck-teeth. "I am not a Golem at all, but rather a powered combat cyborg. You may call me Borgatron A.D."

"B-borgatron A.D? What's that?" Fred said, trembling as he hid behind Eritrea's taut, wiry frame.

"I am a new design of the esteemed Professor Zarf, Dimension X's foremost authority on cybernetics. I come fully equipped with an overhauled weapons system and an aethersynthesis paradox-drive engine capable of interdimensional travel." Borgatron A.D. said, his big red eyes dimming and brightening at intervals.

"Um... okay." Eritrea said. "So... what are you doing here?"

"Unfortunately, my aethersynthesis drive malfunctioned during a test run. I was intended to travel to an alternate dimension to battle the rise of the evil Zeon Men. Instead, I have ended up here. It will take another 3.4532 hours for the drive to recharge, and then I intend to continue with my mission. Until then, I must gather data on this dimension and its inhabitants."

1. "Help us escape from these caves!" Fred said.
2. "Take us with you!" Fred said.
3. "Fred, we have no choice!" Eritrea said. "Prepare to fight this monstrosity!"
4. But it was too late. The Zeon Men had already arrived, seeking to strike the first blow against their adversary.
