“Why don’t you ask your stupid friend ‘Charles’ for help!” she spat. “‘Jungles adventures are fun, Amy’! Now look at us!”

“Amy, please! I’m still having a good time! This is fun! No jungle adventure is complete without at least one encounter with a carnivorous plant and a quagmire or two! Fetch me that vine dangling from that tree beside you! Yay!”

Amy shook her head in disbelief at Fred’s unrealistic optimism and did as he said...
