Astra decides to go to the library and see if Fred or one of the books there can help her. All in all, this seems to be the best option in a list of a lot of bad ones. Astra doesn't feel like giving into (at least not yet) her new mindset and seek out a new life in Blueleaf Forest, home of the Blue Faeries. Not only would that be a rather final step in her life (never again would she be anything but a blue fairy if she did THAT), it pretty much would be the end of her story as far as this tale goes. The life of a blue fairy is . . . interesting and exciting for them, but rather monotonous to any other race out there (nothing but peace and quiet, with perhaps sharpening their magical powers). Not interesting reading. Astra could have decided to try another potion, but considering the luck she'd had thus far really did not bode well for yet another blind taste test! No, maybe as a last resort, but she'd kind of gotten herself into a lot of trouble as it was doing that so no more for now! Astra could have decided to try using faeire magic to change herself, but in the end decided that was too . . . risky. Akin on operating on one's self, really and she felt that was just . . .foolhardy. Or maybe she wasn't that desperate yet. Hm, strange. In another timeline an Astra turned blue fairy had opted on just that(re: 39380), and that kind of lead to all sorts of . . . weirdness. Oh well, this is this story line and not that one, okay? This Astra did decide on not using her faerie magic to change the dragon, Fred, or Velus for the same reasons that other Astra did not. There would be no point, really. So instead she's going to fly into the next room and try to get Fred to find something there to help her!
