Throwing The Case Out Of Court

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 3533

The judge intones slowly. "I am throwing this case out of court. Literally. Baliff, please open that window."
The baliff does so. Then the judge leaps over the bench and lands in front of Lots42. He picks him up by the shorts and collar and heaves him out the window!
Lots42 spins head over heels, then lands in the back of a gravel truck.
Everyone stampedes for the doors. The judge is too fast though.
Sir Paulito is thrown through the skylight.
The members of the band 'Smash Mouth' are heaved over the heads of the fleeing people and out into the hallway.
Lord Fred is swung around by his left ankle and flung out the same window Lots42 was. He lands on a crowd of people in an open air tour bus.
The Dragon's tail is grabbed. The creature growls and snorts fire as he is swung around the entire courtroom. The judge spins in place, building up impressive speed. The dragon gains altitude. The judge lets go and WHAM! the dragon slams through a brick wall, into the air and over the horizon.

The judge rubs his hands and smiles. Now what? Who do we folllow in the course of the story?

  1. Lord Fred on the tour bus.
  2. Sir Paulito, who landed in a passing passenger baloon.
  3. Lots42 in the gravel truck.
  4. The band Smash Mouth, now in the hospital after being trampled.
  5. The Dragon, who's heading back to court to eat the judge.
