The others agreed to this suggestion, though Astra had never had rabbit before, rabbits not being a common sight in the jungles of Aqualaria. However like the others she was getting pretty hungry and so wasn't going to be choosy.

The others decided to stay where they were while Velus followed the scent of the rabbits. After a few minutes they heard a piercing cry, the three looked up and saw an eagle dive on one of the hillsides. They were afraid that Velus had been the target, but were relieved when the eagle flew away with a rabbit in its claws. However, this had been one of the rabbits that Velus had been tracking, and the remainder had now retreated to the safety of their burrows. Velus returned to the group dejected. "No stew for us," he said mournfully.

"Don't worry," Fred said to console him. "I'm sure you'll have other opportunities."
