Windows Is Evil!

...suddenly fell down dead of a heart attack caused by eating too many twinkies, Betty typed, grinning maliciously. Fred quickly discovered that he was not badly injured at all, only scratched, and that the blood he'd been coughing up had come from having bitten side side of his tongue. At that point...

Well, at that point, Betty had to stop typing because Windows had suddenly crashed on her.

"No," she whispered, horrified. "Not the Blue Screen of Death!"

Glancing away from the computer, she could see that nothing had changed. The Usurper was still standing, and Fred was still at his (apparently nonexistent) mercy. The episode she'd been typing had not been created!

The Usurper laughed evilly and brandished his sword...

1. Betty reboots and desperately logs back on to NEQ.
2. The Usurper delievers the death blow!
3. But wait! Here comes Velus to save the day!
4. Suddenly, the Usurper keels over from a heart attack. Oh, the irony!
