"That towel!" Fred snatched it up "Wh- Where did he get this?" "Dunno. Everything on him seemed to be part of a medieval knight costume, but this seemed out of place. Is it yours?" "No. Can I-" Fred was going to ask if he could keep it, but then everything faded- fluorescent purple?! Fred felt dazed. Where was he? He felt an odd floating sensation. Everything around him, it was purple. He floated left, right, left, right, left, right, up, down, diagonally, in little circles. He felt dizzy. Fred suddenly got the odd sensation of someone nearby. He turned around. "Woah!" he was startled by the size of the creature. It looked like one of those great beasts of the south. What were they called? Oh yes, that was it. Elephants. The great elephant giggled mindlessly. "You afraid of lil' old meeee?" it asked. Fred got the impression it was female. The elephant giggled some more. "Haha, all you silly humans. Silly, silly silly humans. Such simple-minded ignorant creatures, you are. It's the same in every world! All of you think you can meddle with just about anything. Anyyyything. You kill each other, you destroy your own worlds, and, the mother of all sins, you tamper with the dimensional barrier!" more giggling, "Although, I suppose when you finally cause it to fall and eveeeeery one of your worlds collapses into our lil' dark void, things will get a lil' more intresting. It can be so booooring" "Everything?" Fred asked. He looked around. "Dark void?" "I did the paint job myself. Do you like it?" the elephant asked. "No", Fred did not like purple. The elephant frowned. "Are you insulting my paint job?" "No! I just don't like the colour." "ARE YOU INSULTING MY TASTE IN COLOUR?!" "No! It's just that-" He was cut off by a booming voice. "Charlotte? Are you practicing your meditation?" "Er, yes, dad", the elephant said and zoomed off at an incredible speed. "Wait! What did you say about the multiverse collapsing? Wait!" Fred never got a chance at chasing after the elephant. Everything faded white, then black, and Fred fell unconscious.
