"Then would your scientists explain my presence, hmm?" asked Astra.

"I am not sure, Astra. Perhaps you are a creature of magic, or are simply deluded. But... There is another possibility, too."

"Which is?"

"The legends of my people tell us that after the final battle of the Gods, a new world will be created. Some also say that there was another creation before ours, too, and that the universe exists in an eternal cycle. Perhaps Vincent's spell caused you to a corresponding point on the previous or next part of the cycle."

"And do you believe this theory?"

"I do not. But it is a possibility."
