Room of Maggots

"That is highly ostentatious." Fred spoke. "Can't you undo what was wrought?

"Nevermind that. Take some chairs and follow me."

Shrugging, Fred took a stack of chairs. Belboz took Astra in his hands. She shivered in pleasure as he scratched her ear. Fred followed the arcane old man into another room. This room was in complete disrepair. Large cracks in the floor were filled with maggots. In the center lay a pile of dead babies. As Fred looked upon in horror the babies began to writhe. As one being they rose into a humanoid form that roared with bloodlust.

Fred drew his sword. The abomination was fully ten feet tall and had powerful arms.

"Stay paces apart!" Belboz commanded, releasing the poodle. "This being's reach is wide."

1. Attack.
2. Stay back and wait for the monster to move.
