Humming

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 20185

The humming was a Diiven.
The Diivens were masters of music. All were around five feet tall, most had blonde hair, but many had other colors, all seemed slightly pudgy but were fit as axes and they had more teeth in their mouths then seemed possible.
This paticular Diiven was female, of course, with wild green hair, several short, circular scars on her left jaw bone, dressed in black and forest green fighting togs and carrying a multi-loader crossbow.
The humming stopped. It's echoes seemed to shake Fred's head for several moments.
Oh, yes, there was one more problem. Diivens weren't supposed to exist.

  1. The group runs away.
  2. Only Fred runs away.
  3. Fred attacks with blinding force.
  4. Astra performs a strange, left-ward leaning bow. This pleases the newcomer.
  5. Fred eats a bagel, well, some of it.
  6. Velus takes a quick nap, about seven seconds long.
