you guilty. Ordinarily the sentence would be death. However, I have in
mind that you come from far away, and so might have some excuse for your
failure to believe in me. Accordingly, I shall be merciful. You are
sentenced to carry out an important, but arduous and dangerous, task for
me. If you succeed you will be freed. If you fail then, should you
survive, you will be executed."
Fred and Astra remained silent still, they were strong-willed and had already planned for the worst. The Monkey was getting irritated by the silence but he recognized resilience when he saw it. "Fine, fine... not much for speaking are we? No matter, the task I give you is:
