Are We There Yet?

"Have we reached your planet yet?" she asked the alien who had opened up her capsule. "Or is something wrong? I don't feel as if I've been asleep very long."

"That is how the cryopod is supposed to work," the alien replied. Stacy thought she could detect a hint of amusement in his tone. "Yes, we have reached our destination. Your friends are also being awakened, and you will all be transported down to Vala soon."

Suddenly, the realization that several weeks had, in fact, passed hit Stacy. "My brother," she said, stumbling over the words. "The war... Has there been any news of my brother?"

1. "Yes, we have received some very encouraging news!"
2. "Yes... But I am afraid the news is not good."
3. "I'm sorry, but we've heard nothing as of yet."
4. "The Captain will be briefing you on the latest news shortly."
