The Never Ending Quest - Episode 16306

Belinda 3:

Belinda Thessamar is the second daughter of the King of Aqualaria, and younger sister of Astra Thessamar. Although she has strong potential for magic, she chose not to undergo training in it because she did not want to be a wizard. Instead, she wanted to be a warrior like her sister, Astra.

Tragedy struck her when she was young, however. The dragon Minestus invaded Aqualaria, and took over its captial city. He made Belinda and her younger sister Carola his prisoners, and forced Astra to join his army or else he would kill them. Frederigo D'Honaire eventually rescued Astra, Belinda, and Carola. However, Belinda and Carola were recaptured by the Dragon's men.

Soon, however, they were rescued by this world's version of Jarlath, and his friend, Matthias Fyregryphon, on a quest to kill an evil wizard. They eventually were contacted by beings called the Guardians, and were entrusted with an artifact called the Pyramid of Balance. This particular analog universe was inherently unstable as a result of an event where an elf called Rayek tried to merge the ship that carried his people with its past counterpart and thus erased his history and sent that universe's timeline back to the beginning, and so the Rules and Agents set up the Guardians and made the Pyramid to help keep the universe stable.

Belinda, Carola, Matthias, and Jarlath became involved in a battle against a being known as the Brazen Man, who sought the Pyramid for his own purposes. This was not the Brazen Man who had once been an analog of Fred and who was a minon of Randall Flagg. Rather it was his successor, who in part arranged Flagg's return... more on him later. The Champions defeated Flagg and the Brazen Man once more, and Belinda and her friends were inducted as Champions.

Belinda is apparently 18, but is now in fact several centuries older, as a Champion's body stops aging at 18. Although not as strikingly beautiful as her sister, she is very attractive and quite... well- developed... for her physical age. Of late, she has begun some training in magic. She is more outspoken and impetuous than her sister, which is saying quite a lot (although all the time she's lived through have made her a bit more reserved than she would be), but she is kindhearted, brave, resourceful, and deeply protective of her friends.

The non-Champions

Lord Frederigo D'Honaire:

In the year 1501 AD, Lord Frederigo D'Honaire was sent on a quest to kill the dragon Minestus by King Emry of Allaria. Running from an unknown danger, Fred heard a call of distress from a woman and went to answer it. It turned out that she was Melissa Innes, a woman from five hundred years in the future, who had been mysteriously sent back in time. Fred and Melissa were then teleported to a dungeon and apparently executed, but were then mysteriously healed. They were pulled out of time as the universe was destroyed. It is unclear if their mysterious ressurection was arranged by the Book (as they'd only died a few seconds ago), or if it was what their captor had intended... at any case the point is moot because their world is no more.

Princess Astra Thessamar of Aqualaria

Eldest daughter of the King of Aqualaria, Astra was legendary for her exploits as a warrior. She set out to kill the dragon Minestus, but was captured by him and chained naked to a wall to lure potential heroes. She escaped, however. Eventually, she met Sir Cuitious, a knight who had been turned into a giant skull as a curse, and was then teleported with him to the pyramid just as her universe was destroyed.
