"Hello,Stacy," the woman said. "Finding it hard to tear yourself away from
your old
office?" "Yeah, I guess so." "I suppose I'm the same. I've decided I've
got to drag
myself away, though. In fact, I'm just going over to my new office
now." "I'll come
with you," Stacy said. At least that way she would find out what building
her new office
was in, even if not necessarily find the office itself.
As they walked out of the building and along the street, the woman said: "Have you heard the bad news about Jerry?" "No." "Seems he's lost his memory. He's in a clinic with about half a dozen neurosurgeons trying to figure out what's wrong." Stacy formed a hypothesis. To test it out, she said: "How's Tina?" The woman responded:
