Each of these women was onle one-fifth of a person! That leaves much to be desired, and means that what is there is very specialised. Rowan, for example, was a bit overwhelmed by Katrina's combative nature, and Cassius quickly grew tired of Ermentrude's self-deprecating one. It also certainly didn't help that Marigold was the only one of them with any manners. Orrin was the only brother who had a good time with his partner, Hannah (the sweetheart with the caring, parental instincts), but he had no interest in her romantically, as she seemed to have no depth to her, which was a correct asessment.
