Freda now found herself to be a talking cow. It took her a couple days, but finally she started trying to bargain with Vycynth to change her back into a knight.

Vycynth...

  1. basically responded with "Nah" and Freda found it difficult to remember why she'd wanted this so badly, anyway.
  2. responded by casting a spell that made her very content with her current life. He was done with punishing her for that slight annoyance when he first bought her, and would rather she just be happy and compliant.
  3. actually seemed to consider granting her request.
