The Horses are Fed for the Night

Beatrice jerked her head up, startled by the unexpected voice. She started up in the hayloft, and said, "I cannot see you, Miss. Would you mind lowering some hay to me?

Astra called back. "Of course. Anything that I can do to help."

And so Astra lowered some hay to the ground, and Beatrice fed it to the horse. In the process of lowering the hay to the ground,

1. Astra is able to do it while staying in the hayloft.
2. Astra walks down a ladder, and ends up standing on the barn's floor.
