A cry for help

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 102498

The left tunnel is so wide it has to be the tunnel the dragon uses; Fred doesn't want to see what the dragon leaves in its wake. He takes the smaller tunnel to the right. It reeks of strange smells and he's just about to turn back when he hears a young, scared voice call out, "Hello? Is someone there?"

Fred pauses. There could be someone who needs help; on the other hand, anything could be lurking out there, looking for a meal, and the strange fumes are starting to scare him.

  1. He turns around and goes back
  2. He goes forward bravely (or foolishly)
