The Doctor's face fell when he saw the TARDIS was gone. "We'll just have to hope that it finds its way back to me," he said. "You make it sound like a dog," Stacy observed. The Doctor considered this. "Well, perhaps that's not a wholly inappropriate metaphor. Or maybe we can find the Master's own TARDIS. At any rate, if I am stuck here indefinitely, at least it's on my favourite planet, for all its faults. Now I suppose we'd better see about disabling the VLA more permanently."

  2. And almost bumped into the Master! "What have you done with your TARDIS?" he asked the Doctor, with what appeared to be genuine puzzlement.
